The Garden Hotel & Resort, previously known as the Royal Beach Palace, is set to open in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 1, 2025. The property has undergone significant renovations and rebranding to transform into a boutique hotel.
The hotel features 155 renovated guest rooms divided between adults-only and family-friendly buildings. The property includes three outdoor swimming pools and a garden courtyard. Select rooms offer balconies and garden views.
An on-site restaurant, The Greenhouse, will serve French-Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails. The hotel will also host daily wellness and social activities, such as yoga sessions and live music events. Additional amenities include an electric house car and complimentary electric bike rentals for guests.
The hotel is located in Fort Lauderdale’s Galt Mile neighborhood, providing access to local attractions such as Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. The location also offers proximity to marinas and cruise ports.
