The clock is ticking down to when The Night Agent finally returns to our screens for the third season. With just 29 days to go, the streamer has dropped more new stills from the upcoming season, the official poster, and the main trailer for Peter Sutherland’s next outing on February 19th, 2026.
From rooftop chases to gatecrashing a football (soccer for the Americans among you) stadium, the two-minute official trailer (see below) tees up a globe-trotting mission with Peter Sutherland once again at the center of the action. He is pulled in to hunt a young Treasury agent who bolts to Istanbul with classified intel after murdering his boss, setting off a dangerous chain reaction that drags Peter into a shadowy dark-money operation, puts assassins on his tail, and forces an uneasy alliance with a tenacious journalist, as buried secrets and long-simmering grudges surface with consequences that could topple the government and cost them both their lives.
Netflix has also confirmed the full writer and director lineup for the new season.
The directing duties across the episodes were handled by Guy Ferland for episodes 301 and 302, Adam Arkin for episodes 303 and 304, Paris Barclay for episodes 305 and 306, Hiromi Kamata for episodes 307 and 308, and Billy Gierhart for episodes 309 and 310.

Writing credits for the season include Munis Rashid on episodes 301 and 310, Anayat Fakhraie on 302 and 308, Seth Fisher on 303 and 310, Eileen Myers on episode 304, Corey Deshon on episodes 305 and 308, Imogen Browder on episode 306, Andres Smith on episode 307, and Aiyana White on episode 309.
Still no official word on season 4, but as we covered late last year, the series is eying a fourth-season renewal with a location change, with its sights set on Los Angeles as its new filming home and presumably story home. Of course, we’ll have to see how that evolves over the coming weeks. Netflix may announce the new season before the third season drops, or wait for the viewership stats to come in before making a final decision.
Alongside the trailer, we got some fresh new stills from the upcoming season, which range from the early episodes all the way through to the latter stages of the season. Among the pictures, we can see the majority of the core cast, including Gabriel Basso as Peter Sutherland, Fola Evans-Akingbola as Chelsea Arrington, Stephen Moyer as The Father, Suraj Sharma as Jay Batra, Ward Horton as Governor Richard Hagan, Jennifer Morrison as Jenny Hagan, Louis Herthum as Jacob Monroe, David Lyons as Adam, and Genesis Rodriguez as Isabel.
