The Office! A Musical Parody, the unauthorized send up of the hit TV series today released photos of actors Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey’s surprise visit to the Off-Broadway musical comedy that lovingly spoofs the iconic tv series of which they starred in from 2005 to 2013. The production has an open-ended run in Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center (210 West 50th Street).  The best friends were in town promoting their new book “The Office BFFs: Tales of The Office from Two Best Friends Who Were There” and decided to cap off the week by unwinding at the show and having some laughs together. https://www.theofficeoffbroadway.com

“The show was amazing,” said Jenna Fischer. “They got so many great details and inside jokes into the show. The cast are all great singers…the actors play multiple roles…I don’t want to give any spoilers but there is a Ryan/Kelly/Michael song that is pretty incredible.”

Angela Kinsey was also thrilled to have seen the show, adding: “This musical is such a fun treat for any Office fan. The writers clearly know The Office very well. I loved being in the audience and discovering little Easter Eggs from different episodes that they were able to weave into the show. There is a Meredith solo you will not want to miss.”

The Office! A Musical Parody stars features Caleigh Lozito as Michael Scott, Madeline Grace as Pam & Erin, Ben S. Daniel as Jim & Andy, Excelsa De Jesus as Kelly, Thomas Short as Dwight,  Dana Cullinane as Angela, TaylorPuc as Meredith, Jacob Rosen as Toby & Creed. The production also featuresSaree Fioravanti, Erica Faye Tubera, Erica Lee Bigelow, Tommy Montgomery and Jack Baugh.

The production features a book and lyrics by Bob and Tobly McSmith, music by Assaf Gleizner and direction and choreography by Donald Garverick.  Scenic designer is Josh Iacovelli, lighting designer is Alex Stevens, sound designer is Matthew Fischer and costume designer is Dustin Cross.

The Office! A Musical Parody plays in the Jerry Orbach Theatre at The Theater Center, 210 West 50th Street in New York City.

Tickets range in price from $52 – $80. Call the box office at 212-921-7862 or go to ticketmaster.com for tickets or for more information.
