The Perry Hotel Naples officially opened on March 19, 2025, with a grand opening event in North Naples. Prominent community members, business leaders, philanthropists, and key stakeholders, including Vice Mayor Terry Hutchison, participated in the event.

The event started with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring speakers Michael Raymond, the managing director of FOD Capital and president of The Perry Hotel Naples, Matt Anzivino, the hotel’s assistant general manager, and Collier County Commissioner Chris Hall. The speakers expressed their commitment to enhancing the local hospitality scene while maintaining Naples’ unique charm.

Following the ceremony, an internationally renowned synchronized swimming group, the Aqualillies, entertained the guests with a performance. Attendees also savored a selection of hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails from the hotel’s rooftop venues, Tigress and Easy Tiger.

Tigress, a restaurant led by celebrity chef Dale Talde, offers a menu inspired by contemporary Cantonese cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. The adjacent rooftop lounge, Easy Tiger, provides expansive views of the Gulf and Cocohatchee River, making it an ideal location for social gatherings.

The event featured live entertainment, including a fusion band and a violinist. Guests were also invited on exclusive tours of the property, where they could appreciate Casa Conde’s architectural design and learn about the hotel’s high-end amenities and custom guest experiences.
