Vertice Hospitality Management plans to open The Selvedge, a new inn in Healdsburg, California, in late 2026.
Vertice Hospitality Management announced plans to open The Selvedge, a new inn under the SingleThread brand, in Healdsburg, California. The project involves the renovation of the former River Belle Inn, a mansion originally built in 1895.
The Selvedge will feature 10 rooms and is expected to open in late 2026. The property is located at 68 Front Street, situated along the Russian River. The renovation will maintain the building’s Victorian-style architecture while introducing new interior designs inspired by the owners’ experiences in England.
Axia Architects will lead the exterior architectural work, and AvroKO will handle interior design. The design will incorporate elements reflecting the surrounding Sonoma wilderness and English influences, including herb and rose gardens.
The inn will offer various guest amenities, including a library, parlor, communal breakfast room, and a coffee bar. The nine guest rooms will include fireplaces and patios, and a third-floor suite will feature a professional kitchen. The property will also provide a fitness center and outdoor wellness programming.
The Selvedge will operate as an all-inclusive bed and breakfast, offering traditional British elements such as Sunday roasts and afternoon tea. The inn will be managed by Brianna Davis and Chef Kyle Knox, both associated with SingleThread.
