Did you hear, Toronto?

Karol G is finally coming back to Toronto

It’s been four years since Karol G came to Toronto. It was 2022, she was rocking her red hair at the time, and I was living it up at the Scotiabank Arena. Sadly, she couldn’t bring her Mañana Sera Bonito tour to Canada due to the size of her production, but this year, thanks to the newly built Rogers Stadium, she’s coming to dominate.

Karol G will be gracing Canadian audiences with her tropical, Latin flair on July 29, 2026, at Rogers Stadium, and it’s her only Canadian stop. Presale tickets go on sale on Monday, and you already know I’ve signed up to get tickets. Register for the exclusive artist presale now until Friday, April 24, at 10 a.m. ET at karolgmusic.com.

The album is now on repeat.

Drake and his ice cubes

I don’t think I even need to ask if you’ve seen the massive ice block structure that’s taken over a parking lot at 81 Bond St. It was all over social media even before Drake shared the finished piece on his Instagram. Fans already speculated that this was just another stunt to promote the rapper’s upcoming album, Iceman. Inside the massive ice structure is where fans would find the release date. Crowds flocked to the scene, some with sledgehammers and others with blow torches to help get the ball rolling.

It’s only been about 24 hours since Drake posted on Instagram, and one fan already managed to get his hands on the date.

It’s official: Iceman is out May 15, 2026.

E11EVEN Miami is bringing a ‘pop-off’ residency to Toronto for the World Cup

Everyone who knows me knows I love Miami, so when I heard that E11EVEN was bringing its experience to Toronto, you already know I had to learn more. Apparently, we’re getting an E11EVEN Toronto Pop-Off Series for the World Cup.

It kicks off June 13 and runs until July 4, bringing a nightlife residency to FYE Nightclub. It will be centred on key match days and major weekends. After all, the World Cup will be the city’s biggest sporting event in years. Expect live performances, themed entertainment, and special guest appearances on June 13, June 20, June 27, and July 4. More dates will be announced.

Dairy Queen is bringing the heat to the city

Though it’s been a bit chilly lately, Dairy Queen is keeping us warm with its new Swicy Menu. It’s a bold lineup of sweet-meets-heat menu items for Canadians. We’re talking spicy chicken and soft serve dip duo to drinks with Tajín.

Sephora Eaton Centre is closed for renos but there is a pop-up

One of the busiest Sephora locations in Toronto, and that’s based on my personal experience, will be going under the knife starting April 21, 2026.

That means the main store will be closed for a short while. If this location is your go-to spot for all things beauty, you’ll be happy to know a pop-up experience will be located right across the hall to cater to those needs.

All summer long, the pop-up will host exclusive activations from some of the clients’ favourite brands.

Sephora Eaton Centre isn’t the only storefront in the mall getting a revamp. Aritzia boutique expanded its location, and it now comes with an A-OK Cafe.

That’s all for now, Toronto. Don’t worry, we’re sure we’ll have more deets to share next week.
