The world’s largest international airline is hosting a huge hiring fair in Calgary

19 June 20252 Mins Read

Dream of working from an office in the sky? This June, Emirates will host a hiring fair in Calgary, and your resume could take you to brand new heights! With a network of over 150 cities across 85 countries, Emirates is the World’s largest International Airline, and they’re looking for new cabin crew.

What to know before you go

Think you have what it takes? You could be among an exclusive list of successful candidates, and the perks are incredible.

“The airline is on the lookout for confident, travel-loving individuals to join its global cabin crew team,” they wrote in an email to Curiocity.

“Whether it’s waking up in Milan, dining in Singapore, or lounging on a Dubai layover, a cabin crew career with Emirates unlocks more than just a window seat.”

From a tax-free salary and paid accommodation in Dubai to world-class training, as well as travel deals and comprehensive medical coverage, the list of employee benefits is extensive, but not everyone is qualified.

In order to be considered for the role, you’ll have to have more than a year’s experience in hospitality or customer service, and be a high school graduate.

In addition to this, candidates must be at least 160 centimetres tall, and should be able to reach 212 centimetres while standing on their tiptoes.

Visible tattoos are prohibited, and you’ll need to meet all of the UAE’s employment visa requirements as you’ll be based in Dubai.

If you still think you’d be a good fit and aren’t afraid of flying, this summer’s hiring fair in Calgary will take place on June 23, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency.

Walk-ins are accepted at open day events, but pre-registration will help streamline the application process.

Good luck, and have fun. We believe in you!

When: Tuesday, June 23, 2025
Time:
9 a.m.
Where: 700 Centre St. S., Calgary
Admission Free
