17 June 20251 Min Read

We are thrilled to once again partner with the  Alberta-founded BioWare, a company that has made waves throughout the gaming industry for close to three decades. They craft compelling stories in fascinating worlds through games that inspire curiosity in the artists of tomorrow. This year, BioWare has stepped in as the 2025 Artstrek Script Sponsor for our play of study, Irene Sankoff and David Helm’s Come From Away!

BioWare develops high-quality console, PC, and online role-playing games focused on rich stories, unforgettable characters, and vast worlds to discover. Since 1995, BioWare has created some of the world’s most critically acclaimed video games, including Baldur’s Gate™, Neverwinter Nights™, Star Wars™: Knights of the Old Republic™, Jade Empire™, Mass Effect™, and Dragon Age™. In 2008, BioWare was acquired by Electronic Arts, a leading global interactive entertainment publisher. BioWare operates in Edmonton (Alberta, Canada), and Austin (Texas, United States).
