These are some of the coolest pop-up markets coming to Edmonton

19 August 20264 Mins Read

Markets are available all around Edmonton year-round, but these upcoming markets will only be popping up for a limited time, featuring vintage wares, tasty treats, and live music.

Pop-up markets are the new best thing in Edmonton, with a variety of events offering different themes, vendors, and entire experiences. Whether you’re looking for a market that’s all about Barbie or a back-to-school bash, we’ve got the most exciting markets coming up in the city.

Without further ado, let’s jump into the markets ahead of us in Edmonton.

This market offers two experiences: its night market on Friday and the day market on Saturday. Both are extremely fun, but with different vibes attached to the events. This is going to be Decades Market’s last market of the summer, so you won’t want to miss this one.

Friday will have less of a crowd due to the event being ticketed, meaning you’ll get VIP early access to all the best curated pieces. Saturday will feature switched-out vendors, meaning more variety in food and drink, as well as more sick clothing to sift through.

Both days, you can expect DJ sets, tooth gems, and so many more cool opportunities.

When: Friday, Aug. 21 and Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026
Time: 6 to 11 p.m. on Friday; Noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday
Where: 12017 102nd Ave., Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $8.69 for night market; Free for day market

This Barbie-themed market is going to feature over 25 different local vendors, mini tattoos, sweet treats and drinks, as well as its own photobooth to capture the moment. Put on your best pink fit, grab your girls, and get ready to enter Edmonton’s own Barbie-topia.

When: Saturday, Aug. 22, and Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday
Where: 5015 111th St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

Edmonton’s cutest market is back for more action with over 30 vendors featuring some of the most adorable local goods imaginable. Not to mention, you’ll also want to bring your own trinkets for the trinket meet-up, where you can trade and sell for the perfect toy.

There are also some perks to being early; the first 20 shoppers each day will receive a gift, with the gift bags being different each day.

When: Friday, Aug. 28, and Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026
Time: 3 to 9 p.m. on Friday; 1 to 6 p.m. on Saturday
Where: 1880 37th St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

Coming to Edmonton as one of the newest markets around the block, Hello Market is bringing over 20 vintage vendors and accessory spots, as well as live music from local artists to Whyte Avenue. While you walk around, you’ll be able to grab food from one of the many vendors in the area.

When: Friday, Aug. 28, and Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026
Time: 4 to 10 p.m. on Saturday; Noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday
Where: 8115 Gateway Blvd., Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

Think western charm meets oceanside vibes; this market brings the best of both. With unique local vendors and summer-inspired treats and drinks, you’ll get the perfect dose of the season with this curated experience.

When: Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 16819 111th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

With over 50 vendors, this free pop-up market by Lost and Found Expo is going to be heating things up. Expect live entertainment and activities for everyone, as well as a live DJ spinning tunes all day while you search through vintage streetwear, shoes, and more.

When: Saturday, Aug. 29, and Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026
Time: Noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday; Noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday
Where: 10025 102A Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

Though it’s not exactly in Edmonton, this pop-up market is heading for a short drive east into Sherwood Park to the farm grounds.

Taking over Blooms on 7, you’ll be able to explore over 20 vendors, grab a pick at the photobooth, pick your own flowers, and most importantly, meet the alpacas on-site during this epic free event.

When: Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026
Time: Noon to 6 p.m.
Where: 51553 Range Rd. 225A, Sherwood Park, Alta.
Cost: Free
