These companies founded in Metro Vancouver are hiring with top-notch benefits

On the hunt for your next job? The market is tough right now, but these Metro Vancouver-founded companies are hiring in spades. No matter if you work in tech or retail, or are hoping to pivot to something completely new, there’s something out there with your name on it. Here are some local companies hiring in Metro Vancouver to keep your eye on.

With over 100 jobs in B.C. alone, athletic and athleisure brand lululemon offers its employees a range of benefits, including extended health plans and monthly fitness allocations, mental health benefits, and discounts on apparel. Its retail locations, distribution centres, and guest education centres are hiring everything from program managers, marketers, and educators to design roles and engineers.

Where: Locations across Vancouver and B.C.

Surrey-based all-data, any-AI enterprise integration company Safe Software is hiring for over 20 positions across the country, most of which are remote or based in Surrey. As one of B.C.’s Top Employers for 2025, the company offers a range of extended health, dental, and vision benefits from day one, as well as learning and development opportunities, profit sharing, and an RRSP/TFSA matching program. The Surrey HQ also has an on-site gym, community lunches, and lunchtime sports.

Open roles range from Software Developers and Technical Support Specialists, to Marketing, Customer Experience, Graphic Design, and student internships.

Aritzia has close to 70 open jobs based in Vancouver, New West, and beyond, many of which were just posted this week. This includes Distribution & Logistics roles across seniority levels, Product Associates, People & Culture roles, IT professionals, concierges, baristas, and so much more.

Benefits include an industry-leading salary, comprehensive health benefits, and education reimbursements, to name a few.

Where: Locations across Metro Vancouver

Dozens of jobs await at Hootsuite, AKA one of the most well-known social media management platforms out there. Employees here receive extensive group health coverage, including wellness benefits and mental health support. Open roles are based at its Vancouver, Victoria, Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton offices across its departments.

Right now, there are 19 positions up for grabs in Vancouver, from bilingual customer support to a handful of internships to software developers.

Outdoor apparel brand Arc’teryx was born right here in Vancouver, and the company is currently hiring for a handful of roles at their Burrard retail location, a Vancouver-based Product Creation Development role, and a slew of manufacturing and distribution positions in New West. In exchange, employees enjoy flexible work schedules, leadership development, Employee Purchase Programs for their gear, a Referral Bonus Program, 401K/RRSP Matching Programs, and an Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

Jane is an app that books, charts, and schedules health and wellness appointments and sends payments to health practitioners. The concept was born right here in North Van, though nearly all of its roles offer location flexibility. Employees also enjoy extended health benefits, including 80 per cent drug coverage, and coverage for massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and more.

There are currently 20 open roles that can be based anywhere in Canada.
