Ready to make a career switch? Job fairs are a great way to get in front of hiring managers and speak directly about your experience and what you’re looking for. They take the pressure off of sending that perfect LinkedIn message, and instead hand you all the power in making a positive connection with someone who does what you’re interested in doing. And since most are completely free to attend, it costs you nothing to show up and see what’s out there!
