These Toronto hotels were just named among the best in Canada

If you’re planning some domestic travel this year, you’re in luck, as the best hotels in Canada have been named. While all the winners are fabulous, the Toronto spots are particularly exciting to those of us here in the city. Travel + Leisure released the list today, with the results based on readers’ opinions.

Here are the Toronto hotels that made the cut.

According to Travel + Leisure, “Whether they’re slopeside retreats, charming boutique getaways, or luxury properties in Canada’s cultural hubs, these top-rated city hotels and resorts ensure their guests always come first.”

Out of the top 10, the top Toronto spot was The St. Regis Toronto at number four. Right behind was the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto at number five and The Ritz-Carlton at number seven.

The number one place went to the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, B.C. “Visually, [it’s] one of the most stunning hotels anywhere, and the staff is second to none,” shared one Travel + Leisure reader.

8. The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto: Toronto, Ont. 
Reader Score: 92.00

9. The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver: Vancouver, B.C.
