There’s a cathedral rave coming up in Calgary, and though it’s the first one in Western Canada, the details are a little mysterious.

Horus Entertainment will host a rave with live DJ performances at a cathedral in downtown Calgary on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025. The exact location is still a secret — one that will only be revealed to ticket holders before the event.

It’s a serious “Where’s Fluffy?” moment, one that is bringing a little bit of intrigue to Calgary’s live music scene in the days following Christmas.

What to expect

The details of this upcoming rave in Calgary are a little bit mysterious, but that’s all part of the excitement.

It’ll be held on Dec. 27 at a mystery “cathedral” in downtown YYC, and the exact location will only be revealed to ticket holders in the days leading up to the rave.

Hosted by Horus Entertainment, this 18+ event will feature performances by live DJs, and other main headliners still to be announced. Although we did reach out to Horus Entertainment for comment and more details, we didn’t hear back — which honestly makes the whole thing even more intriguing.

Cloud-Luna — the collaborative powerhouse formed by Cloud11 and Luna Sounds — will perform. They continue to elevate Calgary’s rapidly growing EDM landscape as one of the city’s most energetic electronic acts, headlining major local stages and supporting global icons including Darude, Lane 8 and Layton Giordani.
