Tim McGraw just posted a video of himself visiting a children’s hospital after his own health struggle, leaving his fans in tears as a result.
On May 9, the country music crooner, 58, took to Instagram with a collage of clips from Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

“It takes grit to ride in the @musiccityrodeo! We found that same determination in the patients at @vumcchildren during our visit to Seacrest Studios.”
McGraw then revealed, “We are proud to have Nashville’s first rodeo benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.”
In the video, McGraw and other country singers met with kids and parents at the hospital in honor of the Music City Rodeo benefitting the hospital.

Fans were emotional over the selfless move, with one Instagram user commenting, “Love u, Tim! And all the music and rodeo heroes lifting people up! That’s what life is about.”
Another shared, “What a beautiful moment for everyone 💓 big ❤️big talent🔥.”
Someone else shared “No hyperbole, Tim may be one of the best humans ever. He’s one of best to ever do it on the stage, in the recording studio, but it doesn’t hold a candle to what he does away from his ‘day job.'”
Meanwhile, yet another fan declared, “Tim is such a stand up guy.”

Just days before his children’s hospital video, the “Live Like You Were Dying” singer shared that he would headline the Music City Rodeo at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on May 31.
The career update came after McGraw was forced to cancel the rest of the dates for his Standing Room Only Tour in June.
“In close consultation with his doctors, Tim McGraw will undergo necessary orthopedic surgery on both knees this month due to an injury sustained on tour,” Sandia Resort & Casino shared on Instagram. “Unfortunately, this will prevent him from performing any shows for the remainder of this year.”
Hopefully, McGraw is back to feeling 100% as he gears up for the concert later this month!
