Tim McGraw shared a super rare photo of his wife, Faith Hill, after sending a bold political message in September that sparked intense backlash.
On Sunday, May 11, the “It’s Your Love” crooner, 58, took to Instagram with two pictures in honor of Mother’s Day.

“Happy Mother’s Day to our foundation!” McGraw captioned his update. “We love you so much!”
In the featured image, Hill, 57, looked stunning in a blue long-sleeved dress with a deep plunging neckline. The second snap showed McGraw’s late mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Ann D’Agostino, who died in 1999.
McGraw and Hill have been married since 1996 and share three daughters, Gracie, 28, Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 23.

In the comments, McGraw’s followers joined him in sending well-wishes to Hill.
One Instagram user declared, “Gorgeous Faith!!! Happy Mother’s Day! ❤️.”
Another shared, “Well, she’s beautiful as ever happy Mother’s Day Faith Hill.”
Meanwhile, someone else commented, “Happy Mothers day! Faith is still a Knockout ❤️😮.”
The last time McGraw shared a tribute to his wife, he experienced intense backlash after including a political statement about a woman’s right to choose.

In September, the “Live Like You Were Dying” singer posted a photo of Hill as Margaret Dutton in the Yellowstone spinoff series 1883 (McGraw played her husband, James Dutton).
“Our girls could not have a better role model in their lives as how to be an incredibly strong woman,” he captioned the Instagram birthday message to Hill.
“And how to believe in themselves and be in charge of their lives (every aspect of their lives)!” he added. “Let’s honor the women in our lives with respect and make sure that we fight for their rights right alongside them!”
Since then, posts including Hill have been few and far between—but hopefully, McGraw’s Mother’s Day post marks a new era with plenty of snaps of his wife.
