Minor Hotels announced the appointment of Cristian Nannucci as General Manager for the upcoming Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel. The hotel, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026, will be the first Tivoli property in Oman. Nannucci will oversee the pre-opening phase and operational launch of the hotel.

The Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel will be located in the LA VIE mixed-use development, approximately 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport. The development will feature a 79-key hotel and 100 branded residences. The hotel will also be adjacent to an 18-hole golf course managed by Troon Golf. It will be near the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Oman Automobile Association, and several government ministries.

The hotel will offer a range of amenities, including an Anantara Spa, SEEN Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, an all-day dining venue, a sports bar, a ballroom, meeting rooms, a gym, and an infinity swimming pool. This development is part of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts’ strategy to expand its presence in the Middle East, adding to its existing locations in Qatar and upcoming projects in Bahrain.

Nannucci has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held senior positions with various global hotel brands. His expertise includes luxury resort management, multi-property operations, brand development, and new hotel openings. His recent assignments have been in Malaysia and the Philippines.
