Toronto now has 150 speed cameras — Here’s where you should slow down

23 April 20256 Mins Read

Heads up, Toronto drivers, there are now 150 speeding cameras in “problematic” locations across the city.

As of last Wednesday, April 16, 75 brand-new Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras are now up and running, taking the city’s total to 150.

The City of Toronto hopes that the 50% increase in capacity will help improve road safety for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians alike.

The addition of more cameras means increased penalties and fines, and Ontario drivers now must be even more wary of their speed when travelling through the city.

If you are wondering if these new cameras are in your area, don’t worry — we’ve compiled a complete list of all 150 cameras across the 25 wards, so you know where to be more mindful of your speed.
