Toronto's first-ever TennisFest Weekend is bringing summer festival vibes to tennis season, Life in canada

27 June 20253 Mins Read

Tennis fans in Toronto are in for a treat. The National Bank Open presented by Rogers returns to the city this summer, featuring their inaugural TennisFest Weekend—an action-packed celebration of world-class tennis, entertainment, and fan experiences, filling Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3, 2025.

Taking over Sobeys Stadium, Toronto, TennisFest Weekend takes place during the Round of 16, the stage that determines who advances to the semi-finals. With the National Bank Open now using a new 12-day format, this year’s tournament includes an additional weekend for fans to enjoy — and they’re making the most of it!

When you’re not watching the nail-biting action from international ATP players, you can enjoy the packed TennisFest Weekend program that includes all the sunny energy of a full-blown summer festival, from delicious food to entertainment and unmatched fan experiences.

Highlights include all-day happy hours at Stella Racquet Club, Jacob’s Creek Courtyard Bar & VIP Bar. You’re looking at Stella Draught, cocktails and glasses of wine for just $10 at select bars across Sobeys Stadium.

Of course, it wouldn’t be elite tennis action without some elevated foodie experiences like champagne and oysters on the Moët & Chandon Patio.

On Saturday night, come decked out in your most iconic tennis look from past decades for Retro Night presented by IRIS and dance away to the top tracks from the ’80s. On Sunday, join the Coffee Party — a new event for 2025 — that invites you to wake up with a fresh brew, and get hyped for a huge day of tennis.

In the TC Fan Zone, there are a ton of fun, creative activities to enjoy with the pals or family. From whipping up friendship bracelets as a memento of your epic TennisFest Weekend to channeling your inner artist with a delicious beverage in hand at the Paint & Sip, there’s so much to do.

And, of course, no festival is complete without some great tunes. Whether you go on Saturday or Sunday (or both, think about it), you can groove to YASSiN & Sean Terrio, DJ sets, acoustic performances and more.

TennisFest Weekend
