Travis Kelce is stepping into a new era, if you will, flexing his talents (and his muscles) as the cover star of the latest issue of GQ magazine.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end turned heads with the coveted spot, as he discussed a range of different topics in the interview including his career, family life, girlfriend Taylor Swift—who made headlines of her own by surprising fans by announcing she was dropping a brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl—and more.
But it was his promo video for the glossy men’s mag that really set the internet on fire.
The unhinged clip, shared via Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 12, displays the pro athlete in an outdoor scenery donning a handful of different shirtless looks while completing a few different water-themed feats like swimming, flyboarding, and pedal-boating. He even held a massive snake and a crocodile at one point, yelling out into the abyss in the wild content.

Needless to say, fans have been chattering ever since it dropped.
“Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen but still hot lmao 😂😂 I’ve never felt this particularly mix of emotions 😂😂,” one admitted, while another comically quipped, “That is Taylor’s emergency contact 😂😂😂.”
“Can Tay and Trav RELAX… damn,” a third wrote, referring to the GQ video and Swift’s album announcement expertly being released on the same day.
Another top-liked comment agreed with that sentiment, adding, “The devil works hard but a Tayvis album / photoshoot / podcast hard launch all in the same week works harder. 😅”
