Accor plans to open TRIBE Auckland Fort Street and JO&JOE Auckland in downtown Auckland in October and November 2025, respectively.

Accor has announced the scheduled opening of two new hotels in Auckland, New Zealand. The TRIBE Auckland Fort Street is set to open on October 14, 2025, while the JO&JOE Auckland will follow on November 3, 2025. These openings will mark the debut of both brands in New Zealand.

The hotels are owned by CP Group, a New Zealand-based private hotel investor and developer. TRIBE Auckland Fort Street will feature 60 guestrooms, a lobby bar, and a social hub. Located near Britomart and Commercial Bay, the hotel aims to combine design with functionality.

JO&JOE Auckland will offer 298 beds across 73 rooms, including dorm-style and private accommodations. The hotel will also include a rooftop bar and communal spaces. Reservations for TRIBE Auckland Fort Street are available, with rates starting at NZD 199. JO&JOE Auckland will begin accepting reservations in September, with bunkbeds starting at NZD 50.
