Tripleseat Product and Feature Enhancements of 2025

9 February 20265 Mins Read

  • Beyond the Guesswork: The 4 Rules for Venue Growth in 2026 – Image Credit Tripleseat

As we step into a new year, it’s worth celebrating everything 2025 brought to Tripleseat and to the event professionals creating unforgettable experiences every day! In a fast-moving events landscape, managers need more than a digital calendar; they need a co-pilot they can trust. That’s where Tripleseat comes in.

Over the past year, we listened closely to your feedback and analyzed booking trends to deliver smarter, more impactful tools that lighten your workload and help your business grow. From streamlining daily workflows to unlocking new revenue opportunities, here are a few examples of how Tripleseat stepped up as your co-pilot with enhancements and new features we rolled out over the last 12 months.

1. Speed to Lead: Smarter Discussions

In 2025, Discussions got a major upgrade—introducing read/unread statuses, email drafts, clearer thread organization, and a redesigned email editor with improved formatting and attachment support.

  • The Feature: Discussions within the Tripleseat ecosystem are now built to help you draft personalized, professional responses faster and with less effort.

  • The Impact: Spend less time clicking and manage multiple conversations more easily. The updated interface feels familiar—just like the email tools you already use—so you can reply quickly, confidently, and without friction.

Check out our “Drafts” Video.

2. Mobile Access & Push Notifications: Tripleseat on the Go

In 2025, Tripleseat made it easier to stay connected wherever you are. While there’s no native mobile app, you can now add Tripleseat directly to your device’s home screen and enable push notifications for an app-like experience on both iOS and Android.

  • The Feature: Add Tripleseat to your home screen from your mobile browser and enable device-specific push notifications. This gives you fast, one-tap access to Tripleseat and real-time alerts—without downloading an app.
  • The Impact: Stay responsive even when you’re away from your desk. With instant notifications and easy mobile access, you can respond to inquiries faster, keep deals moving, and never miss an important update—no matter where your day takes you.

3. Event Sales Goals: More Flexible, More Meaningful Tracking

In 2025, Tripleseat enhanced Sales Goals to give teams more control over how performance is measured and tracked—making it easier to align goals with real-world workflows across users and locations.

  • The Feature: Sales Goals now offer deeper customization, including the ability to set goals by individual user or by location, choose when revenue is recognized (event date or definite date), and define exactly which menu item categories count toward goal totals. An updated Sales Goals page also introduces a refreshed interface with at-a-glance widgets and flexible views for users managing multiple locations.
  • The Impact: Track what actually matters to your business. With more precise goal configuration and clearer progress visibility, event teams gain better insight into performance, stay aligned across locations, and make smarter decisions backed by data they trust.

4. PartyPay for Non-US Customers: Global Payments Made Simple

In 2025, Tripleseat expanded PartyPay beyond the United States, making it easier for international venues to collect payments online. PartyPay for Non-US customers supports credit card processing for businesses operating in select global markets.

The Feature: PartyPay Non-US enables eligible customers outside the United States to accept online credit card payments directly through Tripleseat. This integration supports multiple international currencies and markets—including the UK, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe—while remaining distinct from Tripleseat’s US-based processor.

The Impact: International teams can streamline payments without relying on workarounds or third-party tools. With localized processing, currency support, and seamless integration into existing Tripleseat workflows (including Tickets), venues gain a more consistent, professional payment experience—no matter where they operate.

5. Data-Driven Decisions: The 2026 Forecaster

You shouldn’t have to guess what next year looks like.

  • The Feature: Our Pace Reporting has been redesigned for 2025 to offer deeper year-over-year comparisons and predictive analytics.
  • The Impact: Identify your “shoulder seasons” earlier than ever. With this data, you can proactively launch marketing campaigns or special “off-peak” packages to fill your 2026 calendar before the competition even starts looking at theirs.

Learn how to set up and manage Forecasting in Tripleseat to estimate event revenue by event type and menu item category. This video covers setup in settings, how forecasts appear on events, and where to find forecast data in reports.

Tripleseat isn’t about asking you to work harder—it’s about helping you work smarter. The updates we rolled out throughout 2025 are designed to eliminate friction between a lead and a booked event, so you can move faster with less effort and to grow your event sales. We’re constantly evolving Tripleseat to meet the real-world demands of you, our customers, and the way you sell events today.
