Mary Rogers, Executive Vice President of Hospitality Operations, Turnberry
Turnberry, a U.S. real estate developer, has announced the appointment of Mary Rogers as Executive Vice President of Hospitality Operations. Rogers, a veteran with two decades of industry experience, joins Turnberry’s leadership team amidst an exciting period of dynamic growth.
Rogers will be responsible for all aspects of Turnberry’s hospitality operations, focusing on value creation, guest engagement, and enhancing service standards. She will oversee leadership teams across all properties, strategic planning, budgeting, sales and marketing initiatives, talent development, and leadership cultivation. Additionally, she will work closely with Turnberry’s branding partners, Marriott and Hyatt, to ensure brand alignment and the execution of long-term strategic initiatives.
Turnberry is developing two major luxury hospitality projects: The St. Regis Nashville and The Residences at The St. Regis Nashville and the 800-key Grand Hyatt Miami Beach connected to the Miami Beach Convention Center. Rogers’ role will be pivotal in ensuring these properties deliver operational excellence in their respective markets.

Before starting at Turnberry, Rogers held leadership positions at various prestigious hospitality brands, including Montage and Fontainebleau Miami Beach. She was part of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and held several roles at its hotels and resorts across the U.S. and beyond. Rogers’ career achievements include being named to the “Florida 500” as one of the state’s most influential business leaders in Hospitality and Tourism by Florida Trend magazine, and the South Florida Business Journal designated Rogers a “2019 Hospitality Power Leader.”
