Hilco Real Estate Sales has announced the sale of two Hilton-affiliated hotels in Meridian, Mississippi. The properties, Hampton Inn Meridian and Hilton Garden Inn Meridian, are available for purchase individually or as a package. Both hotels are undergoing renovations, with completion anticipated by October 2025, aimed at modernizing the facilities and reducing future capital expenditure needs.
The Hampton Inn Meridian, located at 103 U.S. 11, is a four-story building with 116 rooms. The hotel, originally constructed in 1987, encompasses approximately 78,822 square feet and is situated on a 16-acre site. It features 86 parking spaces, a 702-square-foot event room, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and an updated lobby.
Adjacent to the Hampton Inn, the Hilton Garden Inn Meridian is located at 109 U.S. 11. This six-story hotel includes 133 guestrooms, totaling approximately 73,299 square feet. It is set on a three-acre site with 170 parking spaces. The Hilton Garden Inn offers a full-service experience, featuring an on-site restaurant, indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting spaces. Its proximity to the Northeast Conference Center makes it a strategic choice for business travelers.
Both hotels are situated directly off Interstate 20/Interstate 59, providing enhanced accessibility for travelers. The renovations aim to provide modern, pet-friendly accommodations that cater to both business and leisure visitors.
