Vail Resorts has appointed Celeste Burgoyne as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, effective January 26, 2026.
Vail Resorts, Inc. has announced the appointment of Celeste Burgoyne to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Her tenure will commence on January 26, 2026. In this role, Burgoyne will oversee the company’s marketing operations and manage various aspects of the guest experience and digital engagement. She will also be directly responsible for the majority of the company’s revenue streams.
Burgoyne joins Vail Resorts from lululemon, where she currently serves as President of the Americas and Global Guest Innovation. Her responsibilities at lululemon include managing the North American business operations, which encompass e-commerce, customer relationship management, marketing, retail store experience, and real estate. She is credited with overseeing revenue exceeding $7.5 billion.
During her nearly two-decade tenure at lululemon, Burgoyne held various leadership roles, contributing to the company’s growth from fewer than 10 stores in the U.S. to over 750 stores globally. Before her time at lululemon, she spent a decade at Abercrombie & Fitch.
Burgoyne will be based in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she currently resides with her family.
