INGREDIENTS
– 240 gr./8.50 oz. banana
– 120 gr./4.25 oz. dark chocolate
– 18 cm/7 inch. rectangular mold
– parchment paper
> Tip: The better the chocolate, the better your vegan chocolate mousse cake will be.

METHOD
• Mix the bananas in a blender.
• Melt the chocolate.
• Add the chocolate in the blender.
• Mix.
• Coat the mold with the parchemin paper.
• Pour into the mold.
• Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
> Tip: You can keep it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days
