ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman was recently captured on video as she lashed out at Orlando International Airport (MCO) staff after she was unable to board a Southwest Airlines flight.

What we know:
The incident took place on Thursday, Aug. 14, at MCO. The footage was captured on video and recorded by a nearby passenger named Peyton Turbeville.
In the video, a woman is seen aggressively yelling and motioning at airport staff in front of the Southwest Airlines kiosk.

The traveler is then seen kicking a staff member at the gate and smashing her phone against two computer screens during the dramatic outburst. She can be heard screaming about her inability to catch a flight and urging other travelers to call the police.
According to Turbeville, the woman did not make the standby list for three flights.

“She tried to get in through the gate after it closed, and they asked her to stop,” she said.
