Ensemble Hospitality has completed a $15 million renovation and rebranding of the former Vintners Resort, now known as Vinarosa Resort & Spa, in Sonoma County.
Ensemble Hospitality has announced the completion of a $15 million renovation and rebranding project of the former Vintners Resort, now operating as Vinarosa Resort & Spa. The resort, located in Santa Rosa, California, spans 92 acres and includes a working vineyard. The transformation was finalized in July.
The renovation project involved significant updates to the resort’s facilities and amenities. The guest rooms and bathrooms have been redesigned, and the resort lobby now features The Parlor, offering a selection of coffee and wine. The meeting and event spaces have been refreshed, and a new fitness center has been added alongside the existing spa, which has been renamed the Spa at Vinarosa.
The exterior of the resort has undergone changes, featuring new pathways, lighting, and landscaping. The courtyard and lobby entrance have been enhanced with seating areas. The resort pool area now includes cabanas, day beds, a hot tub, fire pits, and a full-service pool bar.
The redesign of the resort’s interiors was managed by ARCSINE, with a focus on integrating elements that reflect the site’s history and its vineyard setting. The new design includes a lobby with a living tree and a handcrafted stone mosaic, a hidden billiards room, and a reimagined courtyard.
Vinarosa Resort & Spa is located approximately 60 miles north of San Francisco and aims to contribute to the Russian River Valley’s reputation as a wine country destination. The resort’s culinary offerings have been updated under the direction of Executive Chef Sergio Howland, featuring a farm-to-table menu inspired by the resort’s gardens and vineyard.
The resort is situated at 4350 Barnes Road in Santa Rosa.
