As the weather is starting to get better, more Canadians are thinking about getting into running, either as a competitive sport or just a way to stay healthy. And what a time to get started – running clubs are invading sidewalks across the country, and marathons are filling up with avid runners.
But knowing where to start can be a challenge, and especially how to do it safely.
On Thursday, April 30 at 1 p.m. ET, reporters Alex Cyr and Ben Kaplan will be answering reader questions on how to get into running, both as a hobby and competitively.
