At WebRezPro, we recognize that work isn’t all there is to life. Staff can choose a condensed 4-day week, enjoy a paid week off between Christmas and New Years (in addition to regular PTO), and duck out an hour early on Fridays.
Health is a top priority. Flex days are available for when you’re sick, your kid/furbaby is sick, or your computer unexpectedly goes kaput. Staff also receive a healthcare spending account and additional PTO per month for medical appointments.
