The Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport, part of a new mixed-use development, has officially opened at 35-32 Leavitt Street in Flushing, Queens.

The newly opened Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport marks a significant development in Queens, New York. This 13-story building combines a 244-room hotel with 48 condominiums on its upper floors. Century Development Group developed the project, which is located near LaGuardia Airport and various local attractions, including Flushing Meadows Corona Park and the Museum of the Moving Image.

The hotel component of the development includes over 5,000 square feet of public space on the first floor, two advanced conference rooms, and a grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Additionally, the hotel features a dining venue named Hinoki Bistro, which includes a sushi and oyster bar, a main dining room, and a lounge area.

The Westin Flushing, designed by Raymond Chan Architect P.C., features a modern glass curtain wall facade. This design choice enhances the building’s aesthetic and complements Flushing’s urban landscape.

Above the hotel, from the 10th to the 13th floor, are the Northern Residences, a collection of luxury condominiums managed by Acre NY Realty. These residences offer high-end finishes and expansive layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide city skyline views. Residents can also access the hotel’s amenities, which integrate luxury living with premium hospitality services.

Only three condominiums, including one 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom units, remain available for purchase at Northern Residences. Interested parties can visit the Northern Residences website to find more information or schedule a tour.
