The FIFA World Cup runs from June 11 to July 19, 2026, and for Canadians, it’s extra exciting.

Canada will join the United States and Mexico in hosting a handful of matches in Toronto and Vancouver, and while the games will be played live in those cities, the whole country will be watching.

Where to watch in Toronto

FIFA Fan Festival Toronto

The official City of Toronto FIFA Fan Festival is free to attend, although you will need to book your tickets ahead of time. 

All the games will be played at the FIFA Fan Festival, along with 30 food vendors serving dishes from all over the world. 

General admission tickets are free and premium tickets start at $100 CAD.

Belfast Love 

Toronto’s Belfast Love is hosting parties for multiple matches where you can get a table for a group that comes with $150+ in bar tabs, food and priority seating with TV views.

According to Stackt Market, the Adidas Home of Soccer will “feature an outdoor viewing area for official FIFA World Cup watch parties, on-site activations, and an adidas retail pop-up.”

FIFA Fan Festival Vancouver

The official Vancouver FIFA Fan Festival is similar to the one in Toronto – free to the public for general admission, with premium ticketed experiences like guaranteed seating to watch main stage entertainment and matches.

Happening at Hastings Park at the PNE, there will be food, entertainment and massive TVs.

Canada Soccer House

The Shipyards in North Van will have giveaways, interactive experiences and of course, live game broadcasts. Plus, it’s free to attend.

This British pub in Montreal will be playing all the World Cup matches, telling hopefuls to “grab your jersey, gather your crew and reserve your table on our website.⁠”

Another beloved spot in Montreal’s Rosemont that is gearing up to welcome any and all footie fans for all of the World Cup matches.
