Women We Admire has announced its selection of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Hospitality for 2025, recognizing female professionals who have made notable impacts in the hospitality sector. The list aims to spotlight women who are contributing to closing the gender gap in senior leadership roles within the industry.

Among those recognized is Amanda Reed, Director of Sales and Marketing at Thompson Central Park under Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Reed has been instrumental in the repositioning of the Thompson brand’s largest asset through a comprehensive renovation. Her role includes managing brand-level prospecting initiatives and overseeing partnerships, sales efforts, and programming across food and beverage outlets.

Theresa van Greunen, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications at Aqua-Aston Hospitality, is also featured on the list. With 25 years of industry experience, van Greunen is noted for her collaborative approach and commitment to mentorship, having hosted communications interns annually to support emerging leaders in the field.

Janine Anderson, Director of Sales and Catering for First Hospitality, is recognized for her achievements in driving sales and revenue growth across various hotel organizations. Anderson is responsible for event management and customer service, with her teams consistently exceeding performance targets.

The list includes professionals from a range of organizations, such as Travel + Leisure, MDM Hotel Group, Staypineapple Hotels, Go Rentals, Clique Hospitality, and others. The full list of honorees is available on the Women We Admire website.
