WTM London 2025 will take place from November 4-6, 2025, at Excel London, featuring expanded space and new programmes.

WTM London 2025 has opened registration for its event at Excel London, scheduled for November 4-6, 2025. The event is set to expand by 25,000 square meters, aligning with the ongoing expansion of Excel London. This increase in space will accommodate more content and higher engagement levels. A new cultural programme, WTM Trend Fest, will be introduced, focusing on immersive global experiences, including live performances and themed activations.

The event anticipates record growth in exhibitor numbers, with increases expected in destinations, experiences, transport, accommodation, and tech solutions sectors. WTM London will also launch WTM TV, a new channel to educate and connect audiences.

The conference programme will feature a unified theme, “reimagining travel in a changing world,” across all six tracks. The event will expand in stage and floor capacity, with new educational and entertainment experiences, including bookable masterclasses hosted by experts and exhibitors.

Confirmed returning sessions include the Ministers Summit, Sustainability Summit, Geo-economics Summit, Marketing Summit, WTM Global Travel Report, and ITT Future You Forum.
