Wyndham Launches Enhanced Group Booking Platform With Real-Time Management Tools

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has launched enhancements to its group booking platform, introducing real-time visibility, customizable booking tools, and centralized management features for planners and hotels at no additional cost.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has added new features to its direct group booking platform, groups.wyndhamhotels.com, to streamline the planning and management of group stays. Powered by Groups360 and its GroupSync Housing platform, the enhancements allow planners to manage bookings from reservation through check-in and provide hotels with tools to improve efficiency in handling group reservations.

The upgraded platform includes shareable booking pages and a real-time dashboard for planners to track and manage group reservations. Planners can see who has booked, monitor progress, and make updates instantly within a single interface. Each group receives a personalized Wyndham-branded booking page, enabling guests to book rooms through a single link without requiring logins or promotional codes.

Guests can view and book at group rates automatically and earn Wyndham Rewards points on qualifying stays. All bookings are directly integrated with hotel systems, reducing the need for individual coordination or front-desk calls and helping maintain reservation accuracy. The platform also supports flexible early arrival and late departure options, allowing guests to extend their stays before or after the main event.

Wyndham has expanded its approach to sourcing group demand by partnering with third-party group travel platforms, including EventPipe, EventConnect, and Staybook. These platforms are used by youth sports tournaments, scholastic organizations, and large-scale events to manage team travel. Through these integrations, Wyndham aims to make its hotels more accessible within existing booking workflows used by tournament directors, event organizers, and travel planners.

The enhancements to Wyndham’s group booking platform are available at no additional cost to planners or franchisees. These updates build on the company’s relationship with Groups360, which in 2023 introduced instant online booking for group travel across thousands of Wyndham hotels.

A limited-time offer is available for planners to save 15% off standard rates on instant group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
