You could win a dream Hong Kong vacation during Toronto’s Summerlicious

7 July 20253 Mins Read

Toronto foodies, rejoice! The city-wide food festival Summerlicious is back with a Hong Kong twist, and if that isn’t tasty enough, you could win big just by participating.

From July 4 to 20, over 200 restaurants will be serving delectable three-course prix fixe menus starting at $20. From comforting classics to mouth-watering global dishes, there’s a little something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. And for one lucky winner, a great meal could lead to an even greater vacation.

Gone to Hong Kong

As part of its Summerlicious sponsorship, the Hong Kong Tourism Board is giving away a dream vacation — a trip for two to attend the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival on a premium economy seat aboard Cathay Pacific. This includes two three-day all-inclusive attraction passes to explore the best of Hong Kong, and a four-night stay at a four-star hotel.

To enter, simply scan the QR code at participating restaurants.

Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival features the best of Asian wine and cuisine along with global selections from over 300 booths covering 30 countries and regions. The diverse selection includes Michelin-starred restaurants, local favourites, and international street eats. Chefs from around the world will showcase their talents in a vibrant setting with live music, themed entertainment, and other festivities.

And if you’re still hungry, the rest of Hong Kong awaits! With over 17,000 eateries and 76 Michelin-star restaurants, this vacation is a true foodie’s paradise.

Enjoy a preview of Hong Kong’s flavours by visiting DaiLo, a restaurant that serves modern Asian cuisine inspired by the dishes Chef Nick Liu ate growing up as the son of Hakka parents in Canada. On July 20, he’ll be joined by Hong Kong Michelin-star Chef Alvin Leung for Hong Kong Night — for a special feast supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

This isn’t the first time the two chefs have collaborated. Last year, Chef Nick flew to Hong Kong to work on a special dinner during the Taste Around Town festival. Now, it’s time for Chef Alvin to return the favour by bringing a taste of Hong Kong to Summerlicious.

Book your reservation for Hong Kong night on July 20 for an unforgettable meal, and dine at any participating Summerlicious restaurant for the chance to win the trip of a lifetime.

Summerlicious Demonchef x Ninjachef — Hong Kong Night
