IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Do you protect what you have already accomplished, or do you risk that and aim to achieve even more? That is the question you will need to answer this year and, on balance, a more adventurous approach will undoubtedly work best for you.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

The sun’s move into the work and well-being area of your chart this weekend is a sign that you need to slow down. You have been moving so fast of late that both your physical and mental limits have been pushed too far. Be kind to yourself.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

The worries of recent weeks will be swept away over the next few days as first the sun and then Mercury move into the most dynamic area of your chart. You have done your best for other people and now you must do what’s best for yourself.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

If someone ruffles your feathers this weekend don’t retreat into your shell and say nothing. If they get the impression that you won’t stick up for yourself they will most likely give you even more trouble later on, so speak up and speak loud.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

There are things you wanted to say in recent weeks but held back from because you did not want to hurt other people’s feelings. Now you must reverse those tactics and let them know why they have annoyed you and why you won’t put up with it!

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

It may seem as if a weight has been lifted from your shoulders this weekend as you no longer have to worry about making so many big decisions for friends and loved ones. Inform them that it’s time they took more responsibility for their own choices.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

The sun’s move into your sign today, followed by Mercury, your ruler, early next week, will energize you to such an extent that you could easily go over the top and start doing things that seem ill advised. Better that though than doing nothing!

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

The emotional side of your nature will come to the fore over the next few days and it will surprise some people that you can be so sensitive to what takes place in the wider world. That’s because you care, only you don’t always let it show.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

The sun’s move into the area of your chart that governs group activities will encourage you to be more open about your beliefs and to get more involved in causes that inspire you. Get together with like-minded people and make a difference.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Having enjoyed the past few weeks without having too many responsibilities you must now knuckle down and get serious about your career. Muscle your way to the front and don’t be shy about showing the world what you are capable of.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Your mood will improve no end over the weekend, so much so that friends and family members will comment on it. A more relaxed take on life will do wonders for your own peace of mind and encourage others to be more laidback as well.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Don’t worry too much if your world changes in some fundamental ways over the next 48 hours. The good news is those changes will work mainly in your favor, and even when they don’t they won’t be too much of a challenge for you.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

The way you interact with the world will have to change over the next few days. With both the sun and Mercury moving into your opposite sign you will have no choice but to find common ground with people you don’t always get along with.
