IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Stop trying to be all things to all people and focus on being yourself. The more you put your own needs first this year the more friends and loved ones will help make your dreams come true – because your dreams are their dreams as well.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You have plenty of your own personal issues to deal with without getting dragged into resolving other people’s petty disputes. Let others know that on this occasion they are on their own. Hopefully it will encourage them to raise their game.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Love is very much in the air today as Venus, planet of attraction, moves into one of the strongest areas of your chart. Someone you meet on your travels will captivate you with their charms, which is great so long as you’re single!

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

The message of the stars today is that time spent with a loved one will not only benefit you romantically but could also bring financial gains. You won’t have to choose between love and money, they will both fit nicely into your plans.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

You will enjoy life more today if you don’t take either yourself or other people too seriously. If you need to make your excuses and slip away from someone whose conversation is boring that’s fine, you don’t have to feel bad about it.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Good news is coming your way but it may be very different to the kind of news you have been used to in recent weeks. Where before everything came easy to you now you must strive to make the most of your opportunities, but that’s no great sacrifice.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

With Venus joining Mars and the sun in the most dynamic area of your chart this is about as close to a perfect day as you are going to get. Whatever the weather may be like outside your door you will be shining brightly on the inside.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Sit back and let life come to you today. The planets suggest that the harder you try to influence events the less likely it is you’ll succeed, so quit striving, put on your cosmic headphones and align yourself with the music of the spheres.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You may be reluctant to rely on someone who has let you down in the past but on this occasion it appears they will come up with the goods. Your reputation is such that they probably won’t dare let you down a second time!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You are no stranger to drawing attention to yourself but today you would be wise to slip back into the shadows and let other people dominate the spotlight. It won’t be long before you realize why getting noticed is not such a good thing.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Love is in the air and anywhere else you care to look for it. The entry of Venus into your sign today means you are open to all sorts of people and all sorts of situations, including those that could lead to affairs of the heart.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Something you wanted to keep secret will become public knowledge over the next few days and you need to embrace that fact. If you try to keep friends and relatives in the dark they will notice and assume you have something scandalous to hide.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You need to come out of your shell and meet the big bad world head on. It really isn’t as awful as you think it is and if you engage with people you meet along the way you will soon realize they are actually very similar to you.
