IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

The full moon on your birthday is balanced by an excellent sun-Jupiter link in your own sign, so the route you take through life this year will be up to you. You may be a contrarian by nature but you don’t always have to take the toughest path.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Stay true to your principles today, no matter how tempted you may be to bend the rules or cut corners. The fact that others are not nearly as honest as you is something to be proud of, not a reason to abandon your own values.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Today’s full moon cuts across the family-career axis of your chart, so most likely you will find your home life and your ambitions clashing in some way. Be creative: Get the best from both worlds without alienating either loved ones or workmates.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You may not be able to come and go as you please over the next 24 hours but that is probably no bad thing. The planets warn you have important issues to resolve and one issue in particular won’t wait any longer. Get it sorted today.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

The more you are tempted to spend some of your hard-earned cash today the more you must show self-discipline and keep your money in your pocket. Purchases and investments made while the moon is full are unlikely to make a profit.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

A relationship problem has reached the point of no return and what occurs over the next 24 hours will make it easy for you to resolve it. You may have to make a painful decision but it will save you suffering even more pain in the future.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Stop trying to deal with a difficult situation on your own and get assistance from someone who has been there and done it before you. Most likely they have been waiting for you to call for help and will gladly come to your aid.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Today’s full moon won’t affect you as much as it does some people but it could still affect you, especially if you are the sort of Libra who tends to get emotional. Remind yourself often that nothing in life is worth getting too worked up about.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You must keep your composure over the next 24 hours. With what some people are doing and saying that won’t be easy but if you refuse to get flustered you will be one of the lucky few who come out of this difficult phase unscathed.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Travel plans will be disrupted by today’s full moon, but now you know that you will be able to moderate your responses by allowing yourself more time to reach your destination and by not getting angry when people let you down.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

What occurs today may come as a shock but if you think back over recent weeks you will see that everything has been leading up to this point. That alone will give you an advantage over most people, who wrongly blame “fate” for their misfortune.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Today’s full moon will bring to a head a partnership issue that has been simmering for quite some time. It’s not your fault that it has reached this point but it will be your responsibility to do something about it. Start by being a bit less judgmental.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

What you are told today may not be what you were hoping to hear but if you listen carefully and take on board what others are saying it shouldn’t be difficult to turn it into a more positive message. All it takes is a willingness to learn.
