IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

The secret to happiness is knowing who you are and what you are capable of and making the most of your talents within those boundaries. Aim high at all times this year, but not so high that failure becomes the most likely outcome.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

A little of what you fancy will do you a lot of good this weekend, but too much could leave you feeling under the weather come Monday morning. You may be the first sign of the zodiac but you don’t always have to be first or do most.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

It’s important to recognize that people are different and therefore look at life through eyes that don’t always see the same things. For your own sake, try not to be so dogmatic in your views and opinions over the next 24 hours.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

The intensity of your emotions will catch you by surprise this weekend. Usually you are too logical to let negative feelings get the better of you but something, or someone, seems to have got under your skin. Get it, or them, out again soonest.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

If you make a snap decision about a family or financial matter over the next 48 hours you could end up regretting it for the next 48 days. Take your time, consider all the evidence, then come to a more balanced conclusion.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

The best way to get back into a loved one’s good books is to make them laugh. Your sense of the ridiculous, and ability to put on a show, will assist you in getting them to forget whatever it was you said earlier that made them so annoyed.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Someone you are close to emotionally needs to be reminded that the feelings you have for them are still deep. You can be a bit reserved when you interact with people, even those you love, so make an effort today to show your more passionate side.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

With the sun and Uranus moving through the most adventurous area of your chart you can do magic this weekend. Focus on what you want most from life, keep that desire in mind at all times, and watch in wonder as it actually happens.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Don’t get distracted by all the crazy things going on around you this weekend. There are important tasks you should be working on and you cannot afford to waste time and energy on other people’s eccentricities. Block them out of your mind.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you try to put pressure on a loved one this weekend all that will happen is they get even more annoyed with you than they were before. Let them do their own thing in their own way and just focus on what you can do for yourself.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

A problem that was too hard to solve earlier in the week will be easy to figure out over the next 48 hours. What seems to be the issue is that you were approaching it from the wrong angle. Try taking a higher view of the situation.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You may be inclined to do something shocking this weekend but before you do you must look ahead and try to work out what the consequences might be. Do you really need to upset people whose support you will most likely need very soon?

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

If a friend or co-worker is committed to a certain course of action this weekend you must support them, even if you think it is wrong. You would not agree to other people telling you what to do, so why should they listen to you?
