IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY
So many people will want to get close to you over the coming year that it could at times get a bit claustrophobic. You may be a nice guy by nature – that’s why others like you so much – but you can and you must protect your personal space.
You have been a bit unsure of yourself in recent weeks but your confidence will return over the next few days. The really good news though is that you can use it to move closer to a goal you previously thought was impossible to reach.
If your workload is getting to the point where you believe you can no longer cope then obviously you need to make changes. Start by letting employers and colleagues know you will NOT be taking on any more of their responsibilities.
If you fell out with someone over the weekend you should aim to be the best of friends again by close of play today. Whatever it was you disagreed about just put it behind you and move on. In the greater scheme of things it’s of no importance.
There can be no firm guarantees that what you are working on is going to be a success in the long-term but don’t let that bother you. Keep doing what you are doing with passion and commitment and enjoy the process more than the outcome.
Your way with words is such that no one will be able to say “NO” to you today, so ask away and enjoy the good things that come your way. Don’t be selfish though – use your communication skills to help others get what they want as well.
It is probably inevitable that you will clash with someone today whose opinions you find distasteful but it is not inevitable that you become enemies as a result. Simply agree to disagree and then focus on areas where you think along similar lines.
It’s not like you to get emotional but the planets indicate that you may need to channel some of your more negative feelings into activities that promote positive outcomes. It would help, as well, if you think the best of people rather than the worst.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):
You may not be in a light-hearted mood at the moment but that’s okay, in fact it’s good. There are major issues that need to be dealt with and you are more likely to resolve them if you steer clear of people who don’t take life seriously.
Don’t waste your time trying to convince someone that your facts are better than their facts. Experience should have taught you that most things in life are relative in nature. Those who refuse to acknowledge that fact rarely learn anything.
You must live up to a promise you made earlier in the year, even if it means focusing less on your own needs for a while. Few things in life are more important than your reputation, so don’t put it at risk by failing to deliver.
You must watch what you say over the next 24 hours because your words could have far-reaching consequences. If you come across as a bit too aggressive in the way you talk to people they are unlikely to be very helpful towards you.
Although you prefer to find compromise solutions in most situations the planets warn you must now insist on getting your own way. If you give others the impression that you are happy to give more than you get you could end up with nothing.
