Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened Zélia Halkidiki, its first Destination by Hyatt branded property in Greece, located in the northern region of the country.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Zélia Halkidiki on June 1, 2025. This marks the first Destination by Hyatt property in Greece, expanding the brand’s presence in Europe. The adults-only resort is situated in the scenic area of Halkidiki, known for its clear waters and pine-fringed beaches.

Zélia Halkidiki features 104 guestrooms and suites, each designed with natural materials and colors inspired by the local landscape. The rooms have amenities such as a 55-inch smart TV, a rain shower, and Le Labo toiletries. The resort aims to provide a serene environment, blending modern design with natural elements.

The resort offers a variety of dining options. Mesogaea serves Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Shizen offers a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian dishes. Syntrofi, located in the resort’s olive grove, provides a farm-to-table experience, while Zest, a poolside restaurant, specializes in traditional Greek dishes.

Wellness facilities at Zélia Halkidiki include a heated indoor pool, jetted bathtub, sensory showers, and a quiet room. The spa offers a range of services designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, the resort features outdoor swimming pools, including the Hebe infinity pool and the Zest pool. Guests can also participate in daily yoga and Pilates sessions and enjoy weekly cinema nights outdoors.
