It appears that Zoe Carpenter may have booked herself a Jet2 holiday right back to Hollyoaks as Zoë Lister has confirmed her return to the teen soap that first made her a household name.
Lister confirmed the news on Instagram yesterday while attending the National Television Awards show.
The actress captioned her post, “Ridiculous fun at @officialntas celebrating all things telly with my @hollyoaksofficial family! Keep your eyes peeled for the return of Zoe Carpenter on your screens soon 👀
Kept things very low key and casual for the red carpet this year 🤣

Who is Zoe Carpenter?
Zoe Carpenter was a character in Hollyoaks who originally joined the show in 2006. She was an integral part of the series until her exit in 2010. She last appeared in 2017.
Zoe was in a controversial relationship with Lucas Hay’s grandfather Mike Barnes, after being best-friends and lovers with Mike’s daughter Sarah.
While no airdate for Zoe’s return has been announced, it is expected that her return will be part of the soaps 30th anniversary celebration, which includes a late night edition of Hollyoaks Later and a special crossover episode with former sibling soap Brookside.
Hollyoaks airs Monday-Wednesday on the official Hollyoaks YouTube channel. The show airs at a one week delay from its U.K. premiere.
