An Alberta company offers Canada’s highest skydive and it’s extreme

21 June 20252 Mins Read

We don’t foresee ourselves taking the plunge anytime soon, but if you like to live fast and love heights, Skydive Extreme Calgary should make your Alberta bucket list.

Middle Name: Danger

Some people laugh in the face of fear, but very few would still giggle 13,000 feet in the air.

If, however, you think you’re the exception, only one company will put you to the test.

Skydive Extreme is a local experience offered only to those who are brave enough.

Here, you can tandem jump from 8,000 feet, 10,000 feet, or 13,000, which is what they claim to be the highest skydive in all of Canada.

Pricing

Think you can handle it?

For as little as $299, you can climb aboard Alberta’s only oxygen supplied “skydive rocketship,” then take the ultimate leap of faith, unless you’re feeling epic.

According to their website, the country’s most daring sky tour will cost $389, but the memories will last forever.

Interested but hesitant?

Skydive Extreme has a full-service drop zone and can accommodate people of every skill level, meaning that even if you have no idea what you’re doing, they’re willing to teach you!

Each package includes so much more than a video.

You’ll also get to train with an knowledgable tandem instructor before the main event which only takes about 5 to 6 minutes.

To book, you can check out their website below, but be warned.

This activity certainly isn’t meant for the faint of heart.

Have fun and enjoy, after all, you only live once!

Where: Section 16, Township 28, Range 25, Meridian W4, Beiseker, AB
