InterContinental Boston has announced the appointment of Dana Miller as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Miller has been with the hotel for over a decade, previously serving as Director of Group Sales and Director of Sales. During his tenure, he has driven significant revenue growth for the hotel, including over $16.5 million in rooms revenue and $15 million in banquet revenue annually.
Miller’s career in hospitality began in 2009 at Hilton Worldwide Regional Sales as a regional sales manager. He later joined InterContinental Boston’s group sales team, where he contributed to the hotel’s commercial success. After a brief period as general manager at the Lighthouse Inn in West Dennis, MA, Miller returned to InterContinental Boston in 2020 as the assistant director of group sales.
In his new role, Miller will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, and commercial strategy for the hotel. His responsibilities will include driving long-term growth and managing team performance.
Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
