IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Confrontations of one sort or another are inevitable this year but you must never back down. Your opponents will be as eager as you to win the fight, so you can and you must show them no quarter. You win or you lose, there is no middle ground.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You are so full of yourself at the moment that you risk saying and doing things that even your best friends think go beyond the bounds of what is acceptable. Yes, it’s great to be alive, but remember you’re not the only go-getter on the block.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

If you go along with what friends and family members want you to do today you will quickly discover that it’s a lot of fun. Put your initial doubts to one side and let them lead you into areas that may be outside your comfort zone.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

A sun-Pluto link in the most adventurous area of your chart is enhanced by the entry of Mars into the very same area, so throw off any doubts you may have and do what makes you feel good. Make today a real celebration of life.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

It’s good that you are excited by current opportunities but you need to be aware that nothing in life comes for free. A new creative project will be a lot of fun but it could also require a large input of cash – so start saving!

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

With Mars joining the sun, Venus, Mercury and Pluto in your opposite sign today you will have no choice but to join forces with people who share your long-term ambitions. Together you can conquer the world, but you won’t get far on your own.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Something will happen on the work front today that forces you to stand up for your rights. What other people say and do may be unfair but that won’t stop them doing it. What might stop them though is if you start fighting back.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

This is such a busy time for you that you could easily get overwhelmed by all the things that have to be done. But how many of those things genuinely HAVE to be done? Chances are you are making unnecessary work for yourself.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

The chances of trouble on the home front will be higher than usual today as Mars moves into the domestic area of your chart. Promise yourself now that no matter what loved ones may say or do you won’t react badly. They really can’t help themselves.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You may be full of yourself at the moment but you are not the only one who is jockeying for position and showing how tough you can be, especially on the work front. Do whatever it takes to avoid confrontation. Try being friends with everyone.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You will be in one of your no-nonsense moods today and the sound of your voice alone will let friends and colleagues know not to mess with you. You have no intention of wasting time and you won’t allow others to waste it for you either.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

There has rarely been such an array of cosmic activity in your sign and if life is a bit quiet at the moment you can be sure it won’t be for long. Major changes are on the way, the sort you can profit from if you stay calm.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You have the power to make things happen but seem reluctant to use it. That’s because you know on a deep inner level this is a time to let others make decisions for you rather than make them yourself. React to events rather than instigate them.
