Sebastian Hinsch has been named General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Hinsch previously served as Hotel Manager at the property nearly a decade ago. In his new role, Hinsch will oversee all strategic business operations of the 285-room hotel, which includes Culina Ristorante, La OLA rooftop restaurant, The Lounge, and the hotel’s spa and wellness programming. The wellness offerings feature a dedicated wellness floor and the Vitality Experts program.
Hinsch most recently served as General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, where he spent nearly five years. His career with Four Seasons began in 2001 at The Pierre Hotel in New York, formerly a Four Seasons property, as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. He has held roles at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, Four Seasons Hotel Houston, and Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage and later as Resort Manager. Hinsch also worked as Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chicago, formerly a Four Seasons property, and led the team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai through a USD 120 million renovation, serving as acting General Manager in 2020.
Hinsch was born in São Paulo, Brazil and raised in Hamburg, Germany. He began his career in hospitality through food and beverage internships and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Hamburger Hotel Berufsschule.
As General Manager, Hinsch is responsible for the hotel’s operations and guest experience. The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills opened in 1987 as the city’s first Four Seasons property.
