Season 2 of the third Pokémon Horizons series is headed to Netflix on March 20, 2026! The next season will continue the journey of Riko and Loy as new friends join them on adventures across the Pokémon world.
The first season introduced the characters of Liko and Roy, who take over as the series’ protagonists from Ash Ketchum. The pair traveled with the Rising Volt Tacklers, but in the second season, they decided to improve their Pokémon training and learn more about their Pokémon companions.
The new series takes place a year after the events of season 2, as Liko and Roy re-establish a now leaderless Rising Volt Tacklers. Joining them on their journey are Roy’s new yellow Lucario, Dot, an expert intel gatherer, and Ult, who declares himself Roy’s rival.
When is Pokémon Horizons: Season 3: Rising Hope Season 2 coming to Netflix?
We can confirm that the second season will be released on Netflix on March 20, 2026.

The first season of Pokémon Horizons: Season 3: Rising Hope came with 12 episodes, one more than we were expecting. But given the episode titles for what’s to come, we expect season 3 to run 13 episodes.

Yes. At the time of writing, there have already been 39 broadcast episodes of Pokémon Horizons: Season 3: Rising Hope, and The Search for Laqua previously had 44 episodes. This means fans can expect at least 20 more episodes of the anime
As such, we’d expect to see the following schedule for the remainder of 2026:
Part 3 June – August 2026.
Part 4 September – November 2026.
