Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center has appointed Marek Abraham as its new Director of Rooms. Abraham joins the Philadelphia property from Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, where he most recently served as Assistant Director of Rooms, leading a multi-department operation with more than 250 employees.

At Beverly Wilshire, Abraham oversaw improvements in Guest Experience Scores, supported talent development initiatives, and contributed to upsell revenue. His previous experience with Four Seasons includes roles in Nashville, Maui, Minneapolis, and Hampshire (UK), as well as participation in multiple international task-force assignments.

Abraham was selected as one of nine global operations leaders to support the brand’s PMS and CRS modernization initiative, advising on systems transitions across Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Billing, and Reporting. He has experience with pre-openings, change management, brand systems alignment, and cross-functional operations.

Abraham graduated with honours from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, where he received the Best Dissertation Award. He is fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, and has worked in locations across Europe, Hawaii, California, and the American South.
