The Sebel Canberra Campbell has been listed for sale through CBRE Hotels, with an Expression of Interest campaign closing Thursday, 9th April at 12 pm (AEST).
The Sebel Canberra Campbell, a 63-key serviced apartment hotel, has been placed on the market by its owners. The property is located at the corner of Constitution Avenue and Anzac Parade in Canberra, within the Campbell5 mixed-use precinct. The hotel occupies a high-profile corner site directly opposite the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation’s (ASIO) national headquarters.
Completed in July 2021, the property has a 5.5-star NABERS Energy rating and a 4.5-star NABERS Water rating. The hotel offers accommodation and is situated near dining, retail, and lifestyle amenities available in the Campbell5 precinct.
The hotel was designed to serve Canberra’s long-stay market and accommodates both leisure and corporate guests. Demand for the property is influenced by its proximity to ASIO’s headquarters, Canberra Institute of Technology, Royal Military College Duntroon, Parliament House, and the Canberra central business district.
CBRE Hotels’ Michael Simpson and Nick Hill are managing the sale process. The Expression of Interest campaign for the property is scheduled to close on Thursday, 9th April at 12pm (AEST).
