The Conrad Ulaanbaatar will be a 227-room hotel located in the Ulaanbaatar Eco Tower, a mixed-use complex in the city’s central business district. The hotel is owned by Eco Construction LLC and will be managed by Hilton. The property is scheduled to open in 2028 and will feature four dining venues, nearly 1,800 square meters of meeting and event space, and wellness facilities including an indoor pool and spa. The hotel will be within walking distance of Sükhbaatar Square, the National Art Gallery, and the National Academic Drama Theatre.
